Attendees will learn the basics of banking for small business and how to determine which the bank is the right one for your business needs.

This FREE event will be facilitated by Nick Correa of Bank of America who works with small business owners and community organizations to provide access to capital, resources, and financial education to emerging businesses, as well as businesses within low-to-moderate income and multi-cultural census tracts. Nick sits on both the Charleston and Savannah Market Presidents’ Leadership teams for Bank of America.

During his 20 years in financial services Nick has held leadership positions in various sectors of banking with a successful track record of leading teams and building strong partnerships. Currently he serves on the Committee for Economic Development for the Greater Savannah Area Black Chamber of Commerce, the Steering Committee for Ignite Advantage Minority COOP, and a Financial Advisor for Lowcountry Minority Business Accelerator.

Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota where he played outside linebacker on the football team.

He and his new wife moved to Savannah from Phoenix, AZ last year where he spent a lot of his time volunteering and coaching football at Valley Christian High School in Chandler. In his free time he enjoys the beach, travelling, pickleball, and spending time with his local church community.
